We had been looking specifically for a Ford Escape hybrid. This dealer took our name and let us know about any new ones that showed up. The financing was easy. We actually bought an extended warranty on this truck because the battery can be so expensive. We have had to have 2 major repairs done, 1 out of state, and the dealer was extremely helpful in getting us the information we needed and the repairs were paid for without a problem.
