Used Ford Escape for Sale in Binghamton, NY

The Ford Escape is an incredibly reliable ride. I definitely know that the car is going to last me a long time. I did buy it used and have put well over 10k+ miles on it in the last few years. Again, no problems and the car is well into its 70k mileage range. Very happy that I purchased this car as I know that I already have gotten my money's worth out of what it can withstand. Would recommend this car to anyone considering to purchase a Ford Escape.

Initially I loved the Ford Escape. A little smaller than the Explorer but much better gas mileage. Comfortable ride and fairly quiet compared to other vehicles in that price point. Handles well in the rain and snow. I would like to have a higher towing capacity as I am limited to what I can tow with the Escape. The rear seats fold down nearly flat but you have to remove the headrests in order to do so. Plenty of leg room for driver and passengers. Electric seat adjustment works very well. Info display offers the convenience of seeing odometer, 2 trip mile counters, miles until empty, etc, but it would be nice if it would say what was wrong with the vehicle when the check engine light is on. On the front doors there are vertical aluminum sections on the outside along the back edge of the glass that are painted black, or coated in a black, that has fully peeled off exposing bare aluminum. This started at around 40K miles. At 85K the transmission broke and needed replacing. Several other components have needed replacing that I feel should have lasted longer.
