When my older model Ford Escape began requiring more in maintenance than it was worth, I replaced it with a used 2010 Escape. The car is very attractive, a nice shade of red with tan leather, and I was excited to drive it. However, I quickly discovered the looks were the only advantage over my previous vehicle. This version lacks the pick up and traction of my former car and has been a disappointment in that area. It is also plagued with an annoying brake issue that keeps recurring despite several trips to both a dealership and a private garage to try to fix it.

Ken Garff Ford was very helpful in helping me find the car I wanted. I had expected pushy overbearing salespeople, but the salesmen at this dealership were very friendly, and not pushy at all.
