All wheel drive is great for when rain creates puddles in the road and you hit them. I can park on a road covered with 3 inches of snow and press the gas pedal all the way down without losing any traction. Rides very well. The Bose stereo turns heads as you drive through town. Sounds great with all genres of music. Trunk space is huge with the seats folded down. I have placed a bath tub, toilet, and sink at one time in the back. I have used it to pick up all my home improvement material.

The Ford Escape is a great mid-size SUV with seating for five. Great trunk space and all-wheel drive keeps me happy with this vehicle. I haul the trash, go to the grocery store, and take the dog along. I just replaced the front brakes and the A/C coil after six years, and those have been the only two mechanical issues so far.
