I like that the Ford escape is an SUV, but is not huge. It sits up high and is easy to see it. The body style is very attractive and the interior is nice. The vehicle is comfortable to take on long trips. It gets good gas mileage. I like the heated leather seats. I do not like that it only cares 5 people. I also do not like that the back latch hinges rotted and that the wheel wells are rusting. These are known issues with the Ford Escape.

Overall, I am not impressed with the Ford Escape. I paid a large amount for the vehicle used, for it to not last me awhile without any problems. A week after the purchase it started to fall apart. It is still on the road four+ years later, but it sounds like it is going to break down at any moment in time. Everything underneath the car is now falling off piece by piece. A majority of my time has been spent trying to fix the car. It was decent on gas before I had all the issues I will say.
