Great first car!
I had a 2004 Ford Escape, it was my first car when I turned 16. It’s a great small SUV and definitely a really good first car. It was safe and felt like I was in control when driving. Gas mileage was not great. Similar to a new truck, which is pretty terrible for a small SUV. Once the car hit 100k miles it had many issues! Very expensive engine replacements and my alarm would randomly sound and there was nothing I could do about it. Although it had issues. It also lasted a long time 11 years and then I traded it in. It wasn’t the most stylish car but you had room for friends and stuff! Went on vacation with some friends and 5 people plus luggage for great in the Ford Escape! I appreciated all the room it had and it was a pretty comfortable vehicle. Nothing too special with features but for a 2004 it was fine.

Great family car
I like this car. I'm not in love with it but that might have something to do with the way we got it. We named our vehicle Linda so from here on out the car will be referenced as Linda. On to the good stuff. Linda is grey which a bit of boring color. She has fabric seats which are terrible when you have a messy three year old. The fabric on the back of the rear seats is actually that weird plasticky carpet stuff. Which is terrible to clean. I'm pretty sure it will never be clean again as everything, course sand/grass, gets stuck! Vacuuming does barely anything. Linda is an amazing car. She stops quickly. She gets great mileage, 24 mpg. Her dash easily collects dust, though. She also transitions into higher speeds quite quickly, works great when you're trying to be the first in the merge lane. All in all she's a great car. I would recommend the car not so much the dealership we got her from.

Last year, I bought my first new car, a 2014 Ford Mustang, and I was nervous about the whole process. However, Sawgrass Ford made it a great experience! My salesman was Jim S, and he was knowledgeable, helpful and had a great sense of humor. Actually, everyone there was extremely helpful and never applied an ounce of pressure. They were up front about all details, and pulled no surprises on anything. I highly recommend this dealership!!! And if anyone is reading this from Sawgrass Ford (especially Jim S.), THANK YOU!!!

Great prices. I Like the way they treat people. est. drove a bunch of cars here, didn't buy one, but wanted to write a review. Sergio, the sales guy who helped me, is really good. I made an interesting observation afterwards: shopping at Mazda, Ford, Hyundai and Volkswagen has been a much better experience than shopping at some premium dealers like Porsche, Jaguar and others. It seems like attitude gets worse the more expensive the car is.
