I bought my Ford Escape 2012 used a little over three years ago, and it hasn't let me down since. I usually use my car to drive to work (for a daily commute). I also use it to run around doing errands, go on trips up to the mountains, and just about anything you can think of. The car also fares well on a road trip. It performs really well on all of those things and more. The car doesn't seem to have any problems in the cold/snow, like other vehicles I've had in the past. It's pretty practical, too. There's lots of room in the car to store just about anything I need. I like to buy antique furniture online, and there's plenty of room for a smaller dresser in the back! Plus, the car is pretty comfortable and I don't feel awful sitting in the car for a long time. There are probably some downsides to having this car, but I haven't come across them yet. Three years of use and this SUV is chugging along just fine. I'd buy it again.
