This vehicle looked very clean inside and out. As we were finalizing the deal, we overheard they had to jump start the car. Things seemed to be a little bit shady. As I had purchased three cars prior to this one, I believed in the dealership. The following morning after the purchase, the battery was dead. They replaced the battery. A few days later, the engine went out and had to be replaced. Luckily, we bought the extended warranty, but they argued over it covering the engine. Ultimately they did, but they held the car for over a month, which created a huge problem getting back and forth to work. Additionally, we did not receive the plates for months and found out it was because no one turned in the paperwork, and when they did, it was wrong....it was not a good experience.

I like the drive assist features such as blind spot indicators, parking sensors, and rear camera to make driving safer. The size is a good size with ample storage room for all of our stuff on short and long trips. It was pleasant to drive for the first 50,000. The engine has had frequent issues and recalls including needing to be in the shop for months at a time more than once when under warranty. When it has had other issues, we have had difficulty getting appointments for service. Fuel efficiency is not even close to what was advertised which is one of the reasons we went with this model.
