I was with my two daughters and two cats. We were on the way to my mother's in Worcester, MA to do a little pet therapy with her when my car died near Prime Ford. After getting a tow, they assessed it was the fuel pump, but since my car was a 2003, it really wasn't worth fixing, and I would have had to be without a car for two days. I couldn't do it, so I decided to buy a new car from Prime on the spot. Everyone was wonderful from the front desk, to the sales woman to the finance officer. Dennis from Prime delivered my new car to me the next day at my place of work in CT. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Fair price, no haggling. But we paid $399 for the documentation fee, the salesperson didn't even take care of all the paperwork, we still have to contact the insurance company and get the fax on our own and send over to the dealership. They even pushed us to sign the paperwork earlier than we wanted. By the time we are there to sign, they don't even have the paperwork ready. Come on!!!! If you are charging us $399 for documents, could you at least do your job? And if you want us to be there to sign, at least get everything ready! Would never go back to the dealership again!
