Explorer is average
I thought that I would enjoy this vehicle due to its size and third-row seating. However, we quickly realized that some of the space is wasted and that we rarely use the third row. On the positive side, we have had very little unexpected maintenance and everything works as expected.

Great reliable SUV
I bought my 2002 Ford Explorer in the spring of 2005. It was for a great price, and had very low miles. We needed an SUV due to our growing family and this Explorer has continued to fill our growing needs. All three of my kids (including one teenage boy) fit in the back seat comfortably. The interior is leather, so we don't have to worry about staining the fabric or anything. We have been driving this SUV for nearly 12 years and it's still going strong!

I liked this car dealership because they had pictures of all of their cars posted on their website with complete information and details related to each vehicle. When I called to discuss the car I was interested in purchasing, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating in regards to setting up additional times to call me, based on my work schedule. They were very flexible when it came to visiting the dealership and looking at the vehicle. I live far away but they offered to stay open a little bit later on the certain day I was interested in coming, because traffic can be unpredictable. They answered all of my questions and called me a few days later to ask how everything was going with the car.

The sales staff were really helpful and get us all the information we needed to make the decision about which truck to purchase. they also went the extra mile to find a truck that met our specifications exactly. We had used the service department for older vehicles and they had done a great job as well.
