2012 Ford Explorer - Not the best but not the worst
It is a decently priced midsize SUV. It can hold all of my children when the third-row seat is up and is very spacious in the back when the third-row seats are folded. It looks nice, has an easily accessible roof rack. It tows well. I have hooked up several different kinds of trailers, and it pulls just fine. I wish the pedals moved for better adjustment. The way the seat and the pedals align makes my legs and hips hurt. The cup holders are okay, and there are plenty of jacks to plug in mobile devices. The gas mileage could be better it doesn't get what it says it should. I have had to put a good bit of work into it. For instance, the water pump broke, and even though the part was very cheap, it cost a fortune to replace because of where it was positioned in the car and took a lot of l... (more)
Story
We use it for trips to Disney World. It holds all of our gear and extra people that we take with us.
Pros
I like the way it looks. It's a midsize SUV, so it fits my family with the third-row seat. It's not overly expensive.
Cons
The pedals do not move, and they are in an incredibly uncomfortable position in relation to the seat. The back seat belts are designed, so it's harder to install car seats. I wish it had better gas mileage. It doesn't have enough radio controls on the steering wheel, and it doesn't have a digital speedometer.
2012 Ford Explorer - Ford Escape, great vehicle for getting the job done.
The Ford Escape is a great vehicle that has very few, if any, flaws. Since owning this car, I have only had to replace the battery once and no other troubles have occurred ever. The four-cylinder engine makes for a smooth ride driving to and from work or school. The Ford Escape is also quite spacious and has plenty of room for storage or taking the family on a cross-country vacation. What I enjoyed most about this vehicle was that I could always count on it to run properly, even in adverse weather. Reliability is a major concern when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and the Ford Escape settled those concerns and made a vehicle that I have counted on for plenty of years now. What I dislike most about this vehicle is the four-cylinder engine. My previous vehicle was a sports car so the dif... (more)
Story
I was able to drive this vehicle to the beach with my two dogs, and it gave them plenty of space in the car while as having the ability to navigate the sandy beach.
Pros
The top positive things about this vehicle are the reliability, storage space, and capacity. I have been able to count on this vehicle for a multitude of travels unlike my previous vehicles, and that was incredibly important to me. The amount of space available in the Ford Escape allows me to store things like emergency equipment, groceries, sports equipment, and even my two 80+ pound dogs when they have earned a ride in the car. Lastly, the fact that five people can comfortably fit in this vehicle for long car rides was a clutch feature.
Cons
The only negative that I have about this vehicle is the low horsepower engine. Personally, the change from having a higher horsepower vehicle made for a difficult adjustment at first. However, once I understood that I did not need that extra oomph in my vehicle I was able to begin to enjoy my Ford Escape.

2013 Ford Escape - Gus Machado Ford Of Kendall Miami
Quick Lane does not exists here. I called to see the wait time, no one answered and the mailbox was full. I still stopped by with hopes my phone timing was off. NOPE this place is a joke. Guy informed me (In a rude manner) that it would be about 2 hours and I can come back after 6pm.
2009 Ford Escape Hybrid - Sandy Sansing Inc Pensacola
The staff was knowledgeable, treated my entire family with respect. They also went out of their way to make sure that the car buying experience was enjoyable to the point that 4 years later I am considering traveling back to FL to purchase a car from them again, despite the fact I now reside in VA.
