Used Ford Explorer for Sale in Kansas City, MO

Previously owning a Ford Edge, when it came time for another car, Ford was first on our list to test drive. We love that it has three rows and can fit my daughter's friends in the car with us. It has a V6 engine so has great pick up and drives more like a truck than most other SUVs we test drove. All of the seats fold down flat so we can transport large items, and the tow package insures if we have to pull a trailer, we can. On top of performance, the technology inside is excellent and keeps up with our demand by offering Bluetooth to stream music, connecting our phone, and the kids being able to watch DVDs in the car.

My explorer is an exceptional vehicle. There is virtually no road noise in this car and the seats are the most comfortable I have owned in a car. I am also very pleased with the profile of the car. It is a large vehicle and has a nice presence on the highway where I drive 104 miles every day. The explorer that I purchased does have the upgraded 20" wheels. I like the way they look, but it diminishes the gas mileage pretty severely. I am averaging 19 miles per gallon on the interstate. I purchased this car to make sure that I would not have any issues getting to and from work. The Explorer has a quick select for several different 4-wheel drive modes which is incredibly handy. I have not had a chance to try it out in winter weather, but I had to use it in wet off-road conditions and was not disappointed.
