I do like that the vehicle is very comfortable, very spacious, even to drive it is splendid. The only one they had was a dark navy blue and that is what made me fall in love with this vehicle, had that only solid color not as many Ford Explorer which the bottom trim is all plastic around the bottom. The side view mirrors are the size of a big truck, which help with seeing everything behind you and not missing one thing, avoiding accidents. I do not like that it actually consumes a lot of Gas, this vehicle is more for a family outing, in the city it consumes a lot but in going further distances is great! The Air Conditioner is great that it has a slot for the passengers in the back, but only has one vent, I believe since it holds up to 3 seats that it should be a couple more vents to he... (more)
Story
One fun memorable moment, was when I was able to go with my family and friends to the beach and we could all fit in the vehicle, because of the comfort all 7 of us fit in there great. On the way back and on the way there we were having a good time listening to the great speakers Ford at least does put in this SUV and was very comfortable, in most vehicles you don't have that comfort.
Pros
The Ford Explorer has an exquisite expensive taste on the back taillights, it gives it a perfect touch for the look on the vehicle. The inside is a comfort like no other, if you have a family of 5 or more you will love the way that no one will be uncomfortable and can move all around the vehicle with ease and comfort. In the event you do not have the 3rd row seat in the back, you have a very spacious trunk as one will say, which would be able to do a lot of moving big items and especially grocery bags. The motor is amazing has a 4.0 Which does consume a lot of gas, but has a great horsepow... (more)
Cons
The Ford explorer has a couple of very bad cons. It does have a failure that at any point in time will take over, and that is with the transmission. At least 90 out of 100 people who buy this SUV will have to change or repair the transmission in the first two years depending on the usage you give it, is the one bad thing Ford SUVs have. It does also consume a lot of gas, especially if you are more of a city user, this is best only for family outings and long drives. Unless you get the Eddie Bauer edition you will not receive the full A/C usage in the whole SUV, in my basic model, it does o... (more)

I own a 2013 Ford Explorer and I love it. This is by far the best vehicle I have ever owned. The vehicle looks modern and has all the modern technology that a tech geek could want. The third row seating comes in super handy for a family in everyday life, but especially on vacations, plenty of room for luggage and golf clubs. The interior is roomy and spacious with plenty of leg room for back passengers as well. The technology is outstanding with most actions being able to be performed with voice recognition. We purchased this vehicle to accommodate our growing family and it is well worth the payment every month. The sound system it came with is super and the hands free phone services in the car are amazing. The car runs super smooth at high speeds and no noise from inside the car from ... (more)
Story
Just this past summer we took a vacation to Orlando in this vehicle and it was most pleasant. My son and husband could both take their golf clubs and our luggage and we didn't have to worry about not having enough room. The kids were in the back with plenty of room to not get on each others nerves and the best of all was that the gas mileage we got was out of this world. This car made a great ... (more)
Pros
My favorite parts about this vehicle are the roominess. We go on vacations a lot and this was a big need for us as a family of four. This car meets and exceeds this expectation. We can fit luggage for four as well as 2 sets of golf clubs in the back with the third seat down and still have room up front for the family. If I am hauling more kids around than mine I can always put the third seat up and have extra seating which is great. As the driver my absolute favorite thing about the car is the technology. The technology allows me to be able to do just about everything hands free except the... (more)
Cons
My cons for this vehicle would be that all models should come with built in GPS. My car has this but it is a subscription service and should just come with the car. Also, I purchased the extended warrant because I was worried that with all the technology in the car that if something broke it would cost a lot to fix. If the screen goes out basically you have lost most of the functions of the car except driving. I know that with technology becoming more prevalent in vehicles that this could become a very expensive problem if things start to go awry all the time with computer chips and such. ... (more)

It wasn't the best… far from it. But it was the only place I could buy a car from at the time. It closed down a few months after I got the car.

They made us feel important. So many dealers make you feel that you are just another number. They want your money and that is about it. That was definitely not the case here. They were great.
