Tough but comfortable
I love my Ford F-150! Whether I am hauling a large load or carting the kids around, I can guarantee that my truck will get the job done while providing comfortable seating and ample elbow room. I am a six-foot-tall woman, and I have no shortage of head room! I also love the fact the rear seats fold up, so I can bring the groceries home without leaving them in the back. My truck's v6 engine gives me plenty of power while still being easy on gas compared to other similarly-sized trucks. I wouldn't trade my F-150 for any other vehicle in the world!

Reliable truck
Drives very smooth. The truck has a lot of interior space and is easy to operate. The twin turbo v6 has more than enough power to haul, pull, and zip in and out of traffic. Visibility is good too. The 4x4 system is amazing. It can get out of anything. I also like the option to lock the rear axel. The truck sets up high and has a strong look.

Customer service is majorly lacking. I bought my truck from my salesman and he was fired the very next day! Spoke with customer service, I think Elaine, lied to me and they took months to get my tags. I had my truck serviced, and they overcharged me. Upper management found the problem, called me and refunded me. But they were so rude and put out, that I will never deal with them again. I would rather drive all the way to Dallas to purchase a vehicle. Extremely rude! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
