The sales representative that we interacted with really made this process great. He was funny and attentive, but got down to business when we needed to. He didn't pressure us in the way that so many other salesmen had while we'd been car shopping - and that made us all the more willing to work with him! After we'd pondered the decision on our own, we went back to him - test drove the car for a third time - and he was so patient and gracious. They even stayed after hours to get all of our paperwork signed and we drove our new car home. All in all, a very positive experience!

Johnnie was a very helpful guy as I was buying a car for my stepdaughter who just started college recently and hers broke down. I had never purchased a Ford or been into a Ford dealership but one other time, but it's what she wanted. We found the Ford Escape she liked and he was able to give us a great price after we drove several other vehicles. I guess he typically is the finance guy but also helps on the sales floor as well at times? He was fantastic, low pressure and didn't try selling us every single option under the sun. He kept it simple and I am thankful for it. I typically am not one to have nice things to say about dealers also, as I typically buy my cars online and try to minimize the person to person aspect as much as possible. This place was fantastic! I highly recommend them.
