I have owned this truck for two years, and I know it came from a good owner before me. I am now at about 90K miles, but this truck still feels like it will run forever. I love the giant center console of the XLT. Great for storing my fiancé's purse and other large valuables when she wants to leave them in the car. I really love the exterior look. It is my favorite body style of any newer pickup. The stock wheels do get a lot of grime on them that sticks unless you are diligent about keeping them clean. That would be my only negative about the exterior. This particular truck has the Ecoboost, and I love it. I drive a lot of highway miles, cruising at a steady speed, so the Ecoboost helps me keep my mileage at about 19 mpg. Great for a pickup. The only downside to that is when you need a... (more)
Story
We went camping one weekend, and when we were rained out after we made it to the campsite, we ended up making the backseat into a bed after folding the seats up. It was tight for the two of us, but overall, we had enough room to sleep and were comfortable! It's a great backup in case you need it.
Pros
Ecoboost for highway driving. Exterior appearance. Center console.
Cons
Stock wheels hard to keep clean. Ecoboost for passing.

From the get-go the vehicle had my heart wrapped around its finger with the side step up to the cab. Perfect height for anyone to use the truck, and it made getting in for my heavier friends easier. Not only was the interior insanely comfortable but it had a great feeling to it as well. It created an environment that only Ford can seem to create in their vehicles.
Story
This was the vehicle my family and I used to go on my nieces first vacation. It lasted well on gas and was able to fit 4 peoples worth of luggage along with the bodies for a 3 day vacation. Excellent first impression.
Pros
Since the cab was so spacious this vehicle is a great choice not only for family vacation or work, but it's got plenty of space if you need to help a friend move or anything really. The fuel efficiency is a great trait this line of Ford's has. I can take a trip from South Texas to San Antonio on one tank alone. Almost all the way back, too. This is a great utility vehicle and an even greater starting vehicle if you can afford it, because this will last you a very long time and it's easy to use.
Cons
Not many bad things to say about this vehicle but I am a nitpicky person so lets go. First, I don't like the windshield design because I feel it makes it extremely easy for the cab to warm up from sun exposure. If the windshield could be a little more compact and not allow so much sun to cover the front of the cab then maybe it would be a bit better for temperature control. The A/C in the vehicle does a good job of keeping up with the poor design.
