The first time I saw this truck, was a photo of it on Craigslist. A guy was selling it in a nearby town, and I got very excited, because the truck is an F150, which I wanted, it was sharp looking, which I hoped for, and it was a great deal, which I was grateful for. The style package is more “loaded,” so the truck has some perks; it’s a V8, it has two gas tanks, has a short bed which makes it look sporty, yet the interior and dashboard are pretty simple, without all the readouts and gadgets of “newer” trucks. This truck is solid. It’s got a wide wheel base, which, with the short bed, make it feel like it hugs the road more, and the cab is still high enough that I can see over most other cars. Other things I like about the truck are, it has power steering, power windows, power brakes, a... (more)
Story
I love pulling up at the "loading zone" at the DIY/Hardware store, and watching the guys who load lumber and materials stare when I get out. They aren't expecting a 5'3" white woman to pull up in this truck.
Pros
It's the perfect size, it's powerful, and it's very sturdy.
Cons
It's bigger than the Ford Ranger truck I had before; the gas mileage isn't that great, and I had to put the dashboard and door panels back together because the previous owner was trying to play electrician, and took them out.

This truck has a full cab, thus making it roomy for up to four passengers, you would never know you are in a truck when riding in it. It handles very well in all weather conditions, feeling like one is driving a tall car. Needless to say, though it sport s short bed, it is more than able to handle large and heavy loads, including entire rolls of livestock hay or up to as many as 100 bags of feed 50 lbs. each PLUS added bales of hay. And it still drives as if your were in a car. The pulling and towing power is unsurpassed, it can breeze down the highway pulling a 26 foot travel trailer or a four horse trailer fully loaded and it stays stable, you could literally still drive it with one finger and would not know you had a trailer behind you till you looked out of the power side mirrors.
Story
For some reason, out of all our vehicles, we had a miniature jack (a male donkey) named Zazoom who loved this truck. He would spend hours looking at himself in the chrome, would rub against it and every day we took it out, (we had a long driveway that led into the farm) he would chase this truck braying at it, not wanting it to leave and he would stand at the gate and pout till it came home.
Pros
This truck drives like a car, but works like an even larger sized truck when it comes to carrying loads and towing. The bed, even a short bed is deep and ample in room. It is made to take a beating and is strong and safe. The full sized cab is more than roomy for up to four good sized men, and the center counsel storage offers much hide away your junk room. There are chargers in the rear as well for easy access to charge portable devices and the bed liner, even after many years of use, never shows wear. The chrome package on top of its work ability makes it look sporty and it is a very, ve... (more)
Cons
Like a typical Ford it quickly develops power window issues, they end up stuck up or only go half way down of just fall off the track completely. This can lead to expensive repair, averaging $170. to $500. per window to fix. And if you do a lot of towing you will be replacing break pads once every 6 month, much more so that you do on an average truck.

I already had a type of car in mind when I went on the lot and the seller was very friendly and accommodating in trying to get me the car that I wanted. They had to specifically order the model, but it was of no trouble. Took about a week and a half and I got the car. The seller was very friendly and accommodating, didn't try to sell me something I did not need or wanted. The price and financing options were also reasonable and if I needed to get a new car, I probably would go back to them again if given the chance.

They were very helpful and did not try to rip my grandfather off when it came to the price of the car. They made the payment options easy on my grandfather and I. The crew was very informative about the car and assisted me with learning about the specifics. They showed a wide variety of other options for cars. They continued to communicate with me as often as possible even after the sale was made.
