The customer service here is great. I never felt like I was being pressured at all by the salespeople, and they have competitive prices. I came in with my 1992 Civic and they offered me about $500 more than Carmax was. Trading it in for a Tbird was solid, and they even had free coffee on the way out.

not much. They did not follow through on the Microsoft sync training. They over priced their warranties. On the plus side: they offered fair trade in value for our Honda. They do have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from including a selection of cars with interesting, unique colors.
