The Service Department Excellent! I can always get service appointment within 2 days. Usually 1 day. Scott, the service writer, is the best. He keeps me informed what repairs my vehicle needs and what the exact repair cost will be. I can Trust Towne Ford to service my vehicle right, the first time!

The customer service was great. Their selection was full. When I came up just to look, an associate walked and talked with me. He provided me with all the information I new I wanted to ask. Even had answers for some I didn't.
