This car is by far the worst vehicle I have ever driven. I was under the assumption that purchasing a new car would save me from headaches, however, this car has caused me nothing but headaches. Ford as a company is garbage and have known about my vehicle's issues for years, however they refuse to acknowledge it and fix the issue. I hate making monthly payments on it because all I want to do is just get rid of it and save money to get something that's actually worth my time. The only things I really even like about the car are the gas mileage, and the fact that I chose the SE model so I have lights that I can change throughout the car to impress people with my fancy bucket on wheels.

The car features a Ford's power shift transmission, which is a six-speed transmission combined with aspects of a manual gearbox with a fully automatic transmission. While this transmission adds to fuel economy, rough starts and jerky shifting are a downside. The car also is roomy in the driver and passenger seats, but lacks enough space in the rear seating area. The body of the car is stylish bad the interior options are a plus, with Ford Sync and upgraded audio and climate control also available. Bluetooth and phone connectivity appear to be standard features. Other features include the ability to drive in sport mode with manual shifting. USB charging and phone connectivity are also standard features. You can use voice commands to control navigation and your music library. The interior materials are of good quality, and there are also front and side airbags. Other features include in-mirror and side turn signals. The overall performance of the car is great, it rides well with good tires and fuel economy is a plus. The trunk space is decent for the small size of the car. There is also a neat feature to change the color of the lights on the dash and other areas of the interior.

It saves in gas, its good for a 1st time buyer. The initial take off is not favorable. Make sure to leave ample a space to get up and go. If you rely on the Bluetooth to connect, don't. It is a task in itself every time I drive, it does not sync. I've had the radio replaced by Ford dealership yet same issues. Luckily, the phone connects for hands-free for the sake of the law. Trade in vale does not hold price, if you buy it plan to keep it until its way below blue book, before you trade, nor you will be upside down.
