Roomy and comfortable.
The 2009 Ford Flex is a very easy to drive vehicle. Outside mirrors and driver seat are power controlled, making it easy to get comfortable for your every trip. The seats are comfortable, though I do not like the headrest, and flip it around backwards in whatever seat I am sitting in. The heated seats are great for the cold winter months or for an achy back. My kids love being able to control their own temperature settings from the rear seats. The seats leave plenty of leg room and are easy to fold up and down and easy to vacuum around. However, when all the seats are up and in use, there is not a lot of cargo space in the rear, so it is not great for big family trips that will require a lot of luggage.

Most comfortable
I love my Ford Flex. Yes, it is boxy looking, and yes, we are seniors and could use just a sedan, but our Flex gives us the chance to travel with grand kids in comfort. The DVD is a blessing as are the plug ins for computers. The seats recline for good napping, and the leather interior offer easy cleaning. The engine is quiet and powerful, and the AWD makes the hills easy to climb. I traded a Ford Explorer to upgrade to the Flex and never regretted it. The Explorer was leased so lost some money, but the payment options offered could not be beat. In less than three years, it was mine. Yes, we were in an accident, but old Brown kept us safe. A car drove through a stop sign and hit the driver's door, throwing us in a ditch at high speed for 150 yards, and we survived. No, we did not want Brown totaled, we wanted Brown rebuilt and Brown runs today.
