I have a 2001 white Ford Focus. I did not buy this car, not exactly. I had an injury and was unable to work, so, in order to have a little more income, my daughter bought my truck from me and traded her Focus in to me. I wasn't excited because it is definitely not the car I would have bought, if I had a choice. However, it is really easy to drive and park and gas is super cheap. Surprisingly, it has no problems and BONUS: my daughter's large-sized dog can roam freely in the back seat, without being cramped.
Story
Living in College Station, it can be hard to find parking, especially at my favorite grocery store. The first time I drove this car to the grocery store, I felt like a tiny bug, compared to all the big trucks around, especially since I had just switched from driving a rather large truck, myself. My anxiety ceased completely, when I went to park this car. I was able to park in one of the closes... (more)
Pros
Great gas mileage, easy to park.
Cons
I prefer a newer vehicle with lots of luxuries.

For one person living in a small college town, this is a really great car. It is really reliable, gets you from point A to point B, and doesn't require a lot of upkeep. Because it doesn't have a ton of safety features, it may be more suited for experienced drivers in smaller towns or cities. Overall, a really fun, reliable, and economical car.
Story
My car has been great for driving around and parking in large cities where I go to see live music. I rarely have a problem finding parking since it's so compact.
Pros
It's a really fun car with a great sound system and can accelerate pretty quickly. The mileage I got was fantastic, and I never spent much on gas. Maintenance was also really easy. I only ever have to get oil changes and rotate my tires, even though I put quite a few miles on it.
Cons
It's pretty small, so it's not great for carting around friends or family. The size also makes the cabin quite loud when you're on the highway. When I first started driving the car, the gas and breaks felt very sensitive, and it took me a while to get used to. The tires put on the car by the brand also wear quickly.

We had a relatively painless car buying experience. The sales associate we worked with had us through the test drive and out the door with financing and papers signed in under three hours. He presented multiple options for financing and walked us through our options. I felt informed and not at all pressured during the sale as well.

We really had a simple, enjoyable experience when purchasing our latest vehicle. It was pleasant and streamlined, from the initial test drive to the paperwork. We were presented with our financing options and were not made to feel pressured at any point during the transaction.
