This car delivers exactly what it promises. It's a very comfortable ride for four adults that gets excellent fuel mileage. We've driven 20,000 miles in two years and are averaging 44 MPG. All the added comfort features are great like heated and cooled seats and a heated steering wheel. The infotainment system has a bit of a learning curve, but is great once you know how to get the most out of it. The seats are comfortable for long rides, and the car drives smoothly. I also enjoy that the car is very quiet, especially in electric mode. Trunk space is a little limited by the hybrid batteries, but you can still fit a decent amount in there. The sound system is pretty good, but we've had some issues with speakers rattling a bit. The car had one small recall since we bought it, but the dealer took care of if asap which was nice. There are a few places on the car where certain parts look cheap or not quite polished. The trunk can be difficult to get properly aligned and we had to have the dealer adjust it for us as it wasn't right from the factory.
