Used Ford Ranger for Sale in Erie, PA

I briefly owned a black 2001 Ford Ranger XLT and I have to say for the short time that I owned it, I absolutely loved it. The truck handled well, had excellent power for a smaller truck, performed well in the snow when the four wheel drive was engaged, and looked great. Maintenance and repair costs on the vehicle were reasonable and the truck always ran good. The trucks stature made it easy to see out of, and visibility in general from the divers seat was excellent. Getting in and our of the vehicle was actually really easy for a truck. Despite being a somewhat smaller truck with the extended cab, the bed of the truck was actually quite spacious and was very useful for hauling things, albeit not quite as useful as a full size truck would be. The trim and interior of the truck were durable and rugged and appeared to be capable of withstanding quite a bit of abuse, the seats were comfortable for most trips, although spending long periods of time inside the cab of the truck probably would not be comfortable. The two flip down seats in the extended cab are great for short commutes but again on longer trips they would become very cramped and uncomfortable very quickly. When not carrying extra passengers having the seats flipped up left an adequate amount of space to stow away groceries after shopping or just to keep some tools handy. Overall I was very pleased with the truck in terms of performance, utility, and comfort.

I absolutely love it. It's tough but not super masculine. It gets me places. It's strong. This truck keeps me pretty safe. It's super efficient and reliable.
