I bought this truck when it had less than 50 thousand miles. From day 1 I have had nothing but issues. First was a headlight that went out, then the catalytic converter stopped up. Then the truck started smoking and leaking oil into a spark plug and eventually blew up. This was all within a year. I would not recommend anyone but these vehicles. Seems to be cheap junk. If your going to buy a Ford truck stick to the F series.

The Ford Ranger is a great car. I am able to do much of the needed and regular maintenance on it myself. It gets about 25 miles per gallon which is great for a truck. With minimal city driving and a 12+ gallon tank it allows me to only fill up once a week.
