I would absolutely recommend the Ford Taurus for anyone looking for a sporty, low maintenance car. I like the sleek, sporty look, and the lighter interior makes it cooler inside in the summer. I really like the way things are laid out on the dash. Speedometer, fuel and temperature gauges are easy to check at a glance without having to take your eyes off the road for more than a second. I do most of the easier maintenance (changing oil, adding break fluid, etc) but the only thing it's been in the shop for in the 6 years I've owned it was for a battery replacement, tire change, and annual tune ups.

It's been a good car.

I had been a "Chevy man" all my life, but I needed a car and got a good deal on this one so I bought it. I have been pretty happy with it. It has excellent gas mileage, handles well in the city and country, and always starts even on the coldest of mornings. It does have a tendency to rattle, but I think that's more of the fault of a rather inept mechanic at Car-X who didn't tighten things when they put in our struts.

Charles Gabus Ford is a great dealership. They are well-respected dealership in the Des Monies and they make customer service a point of emphasis. They made an effort to build a relationship. I felt comfortable throughout the car buying process. They answered every question I had and did not pressure me. I never felt like I was being misled or that they were hiding. Next time I am searching for a vehicle Charles Gabus Ford will be my first stop.
