Very dependable and great with gas mileage
The quality of this car is great. It runs like a dream and has lasted 14 years. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a nice, easy car to maintain. I wish that it had a CD player in it when I bought it, but they can be installed very easily. This car has been the best car ever since me and my wife bought it, and now we have two babies and the car fits both of the baby seats with more room to move in the back compared to other sedans.

Ford Taurus is a workhorse
Our 2007 Ford Taurus is an excellent car. Excellent in that is it reliable and for the price, it is quite a star. We wanted to buy American made and this fit the bill. In addition, it has been so reliable that other than the usual oil changes, we have never had to have it worked on by a mechanic. The trunk is truly awesome because it is surprisingly quite roomy. We've made many trips, packed it full with the back seat down and we were amazed at how much luggage, or garden materials, or... you get the idea. The trunk is great. The gas mileage of the Taurus is presentable. For its size, large sedan, it typically gets anywhere from 27-30 mpg so it is not a gas hog. And finally, the car is nice to handle, drives well and with the V6 engine, has unexpected power when you need it. The interior of the car is just average. Nothing plush, but not cheap looking either. It is roomy inside, with leg room in the front and the back. It is comfortable for long trips, although my husband adds a small pillow for more lower back support. The exterior of the car is fairly plain.
