Used GMC Acadia for Sale in Algonac, MI

The GMC Acadia is a nice smaller SUV. It has three rows of seats and the third row folds down for extra storage. The back opens with a button on the key fob which is nice when you are carrying a lot. The seats are not as comfortable and some previous vehicles I have had, but they aren't bad. The silver color I have it in is great because it doesn't show dirt. I would like more storage in the front console area. It is a good car if you have kids. There isn't much leg room if you have a lot of tall people in your family. It is Wi-Fi capable and connect to my phone for hands free operation. The fabric of the seats is easy to clean. It has very good gas mileage. It is pretty fast when it needs to be. The breaks are very good for when the deer come darting out in front of you. It drives very well in the snow. I haven't had it slip on ice or snow even once. It is also very good in rainy weather. All this makes it very good for northern climates where the weather can change from day to day. Also if you are an avid gardener, the back can fit quite a few shrubs without any of them getting squished.

Overall, I've been happy with this car. I have owned it for ten years and haven't had any major issues. When my kids were babies, the captains chairs made it very easy to put the baby car seats in and out of their bases, while allowing the older kids to easily climb between the middle row chairs to reach the back seat. The space between those captain seats also gave my dog, who is a very large boxer, plenty of room to travel along with us. The number of seats allow us to carpool to swim practice, often taking a few extra kids in my car. I was used to driving a smaller SUV before the Acadia, so I was worried the parking might feel more awkward or difficult. However, the back-up sensor is a nice feature to use for backing into parking spots or backing out of spots. It's a great extra safety feature. We had one issue with the water leaking into the car, but my husband was able to unclog some tubes and remedy the situation. I also wish there was more storage space in the rear of the vehicle, but I have gotten used to the amount of room available.
