Good car...until 100K miles
When we bought our Acadia, it had 66K on it. We have taken three long road trips, and it has been pretty reliable for all of those. We didn't have any issues with it until we hit 100K miles. At 100K miles, we took it in for new tires and an oil change...from then on it has been problem after problem. First, the brakes began to give an error. We replaced the master cylinder and booster, only to have the calipers begin freezing up on us while driving on a long road trip. We got those replaced, and on our next trip, the blower motor went out. It was raining so the windows fogged up, and we couldn't drive it without the windows open. Now the shocks need replaced. This is all in the last 10K miles.

Don't waste your money.
The only thing this vehicle has going for it is its looks. And that's because the engineers knew you'd be staring at it in your driveway wondering how you are going to pay for yet another poorly designed part to be replaced.
This vehicle has needed a new transmission, new blower motor, and the sunroof leaks. There are more rattles than the baby aisle at baby depot. The carpet was so full of water that the electrical wires were sitting in a puddle.
It turns out the air conditioner condenser drain got clogged and the water leaked back into the blower motor compartment which conveniently enough was designed to hold just enough water that the motor would sit submerged as you wondered where that carpet was getting wet from.
Also, the sunroof is designed to drain into a channel above the headliner that you can reach your fingers into while sitting inside the car. That drain clogged too. If you guessed the water would then drain into the headliner, then you would be correct.
Finally the transmission died at 80k miles. Look it up on the forums, the wave plate/clutch assembly wasn't properly heat treated and is known to fail at even less miles than mine did.

Great Car! Highly Recommended!
This car is great. I think the best part about this car is the amount of space available to you. You will never run out of room in this car. Another thing I love is the infotainment system. Very easy to use and I love how you can connect your phone through Bluetooth to have your text messages displayed on the screen. Very next generation for a 2014 car. The bucket seats in the back provide a very comfortable place to sit on a long car ride. Another great feature about this car is the remote start. It works great and is amazing for those cold wintry days. The car also connects to an app where you can find information such as oil level and gas level all from your phone which is great when planning when to go the gas station. Lastly the rearview camera has been very nice to have although I would say it is not needed.

Very helpful finding the right car for me and my family. Took a lot of time and energy, doing test drives, searching on their part and many visits. But in the end they went the extra mile and found one for me out of state and brought it in just for me to look at.
