Has held up and feels solid, even after 100k miles. Has low HP but performs well for a small Japanese car, and has an especially tight turning radius with responsive steering. The only major thing that's failed is the starter, but the upside is that parts for this car can be easily sourced. Suspension is stiff but still comfortable. And sure, it might just be another bland Honda that you see everywhere, but for pure practicality it is well worth the money that it was bought for.

I have a little gold Honda Accord I affectionately call Hilde. She got me through college without any major repairs. She was used when I got her, but I’ve kept her up. The only thing I’ve had to replace on her is a single timing belt and the alternator. Easily my favorite car I’ve ever owned. The front seat is roomy, it’s easy to park, not too long, and the boot can hold just about anything. It has a good turn radius, easy steering, and is so inexpensive to fuel up. I can’t talk enough about how much I love my car. All she needs is oil changes and routine maintenance and I see myself getting another 100,000 miles out of her easily. She’s got 100,000 already! My only issue is that the gas door locked on day and never decided to open, so we had to get the latch mechanism disabled at the dealership. Other than that, no trouble. I love the remote entry and she even has a good radio. I would definitely recommend a Honda to a friend.
