2002 Honda Accord - Good fuel economy but poor exhaust design.

Overall, the Honda Accord is a decent vehicle. I have the coupe model, which is really easy to park in the city or fit in the garage. It accelerates surprisingly fast for a four-cylinder vehicle because it is so lightweight, and sometimes you don't realize you are going very fast. The fuel economy is pretty good, but quality in that department is reduced by frequent exhaust problems. The non-mechanical parts of the vehicle (GPS, locks, knobs, trim, etc.) all are made as cheap as possible and fall apart. But generally, the car is mechanically reliable, which is why I say it is, overall, a good vehicle. It starts in the morning and gets me to work.
Story
I drove the Honda Accord in 20 different states (mainly up and down the east coast and southern USA) and to Niagara Falls and Toronto.
Pros
Top positive things are good fuel economy, comfortable seats, generally reliable, looks nice, and ample trunk space. The small size of the coupe is a huge benefit, especially considering the ample trunk space it provides (difficult to find both in the same vehicle).
Cons
The main negative is that the exhaust is constantly a problem. I have replaced some exhaust gaskets multiple times, did a full replacement of the exhaust, o2 sensors...the list seems to never end. In addition to this, the non-mechanical components are also very cheap and break often. I've had broken trunk locks, door locks, trim, and plastic pieces. Everything is very cheap when you look at how it's made.

I purchased this car with 130,000 miles on it. it is equipped with a V6 motor with 240 horsepower and a six-speed manual transmission. So, it is a pretty fun car. It is also quiet, reliable and practical, and I have managed to achieve 31 miles per gallon across the flat plains states. Aesthetically, the car is very attractive from the side and rear, though I think it is somewhat boring from the front. The paint is soft and is chipped and scraped easily, which is particularly obvious on the black paint. The interior is comfortable, though the leather is somewhat thin and wears fast. The car has been entirely reliable for 20k miles, mechanically, electrically, and in all other ways.
Story
Driving from Connecticut to Missouri and back with my best friend was my favorite experience. We met with a mutual friend who lives in Missouri and drove all around camping. It was great fun.
Pros
The power and the beautifully slick-shifting manual transmission are by far my favorite features. I also enjoy the quiet cabin and the both comfortable and sporty handling.
Cons
The front-wheel drive is not very grippy and loses traction easily, making it somewhat difficult to put the power down. The paint is very poor quality.
