2004 Honda Civic - Reliable
This has been a very reliable car. I would buy another one again, just maybe a different color. The price is reasonable, and it got me from one place to another like it's supposed to.
Story
I was playing a song on my CD and the car next to me was also playing the same song. the other driver and I high-fived.
Pros
The price was reasonable. The car had air conditioning, and a CD player. This is the first car I have ever had that had air conditioning, and also the first car I have ever had that had a CD player. It could sit 4 comfortably, and seat 5 if the people sitting in the back seats are skinny.
Cons
The car had electric windows, which I don't like. I prefer to roll them down myself by hand. There were some problems with the airbags, and there was a recall but I don't think it was the car manufacturer's fault though. I think it was the air bag manufacturer's fault, if I remember correctly. I heard a lot of different cars from multiple manufacturers were being recalled due to faulty airbags. I have gotten them replaced at a Honda dealer for free, so all is good. The seats in the front were not that comfortable, especially right where my lower back is. The way the seat folds make it ... 2003 Honda Civic - Great First Car
I bought this car for 3000 dollars with over 100000 miles on it. The quality and Japanese craftsmanship have been top notch. For an old car with many miles the only thing I've had to fix/change was the timing belt. The interior still looks good. The paint is nicer then some cars half of its age.
Story
Last winter my neighbor got here new big suv stuck in the snow drift across the street. I pulled her out with my little civic!
Pros
Fuel economy- this thing gets 35-40 mpg all day.
Cost of maintenance- This thing just takes oil and tires. The tire size is smaller then most cars so cost is reasonable
Cons
Some of the cloth interior feels cheap. When loaded up with five people the suspension cries for mercy. Also everyone has one, very hard to find the car at the mall or a sporting event.
