I really like the feel of the car, I also test drove a Chevy Cruze and the Civic was much more roomier in the back seat. I liked the large trunk space. One of the big selling points for me was the camera that comes on when I am backing up or switching lanes because then it makes it easier to see behind me. The car performs very well so far for someone like me who is low maintenance, I have not had to deal with any major repairs or problems. The car drives smoothly and well for my tastes.

I purchased my 2007 Honda Civic EX new in 2007 and haven't regretted a thing. It is by no means a flashy car - even as a "sportier" 2 door with moon roof, it isn't anything special. However, it just works. It's a well built car - it has had no mechanical issues. The only problem it has had is that the paint on the roof is getting cloudy in a couple of spots. But for a 9 year old car, I would have expected more issues by now. The interior is not flashy, but is clean and durable. The sound system is excellent. It's a comfortable ride for a small car. It does have some road noise on the highway, but at 85,000 miles I barely notice anymore. The car also, surprisingly, has excellent trunk space. I have packed a cooler of beer, travel bag, my dogs travel stuff, and a giant load of Christmas gifts into the trunk with space to spare. People seem to be surprised how spacious it is for how small the car is. I also love the display - I can see how fast I am going without having to look down. It's really great.
