I own a 2015 Blue Honda Civic EX. It comes with stylized trims (black and silver), a moon roof, and touch screen. This inside of the vehicle is non-leather cloth seating, and you can opt for in-system navigation (for an extra fee) which I did not choose cause that is what your iPhone is for. I started with a lease and then once my lease was up transitioned to purchase the vehicle with financing. I have about 23 thousand miles on it, and haven't had any issues at all with any of it's systems, and over the almost three and a half years I've had the car have only required the regular maintenance on the vehicle. I've even side swiped a pillar in a parking garage once and the paint and body held up quite well to wear and tear. I don't hold back from living in the car, so the cloth seats wil... (more)
Story
One of the most memorable involved the moon roof. In CA, where the weather stays nice relatively all year round, I ride with the moon roof open often (I love the feel of the wind). Well, I was stopped at a light with the moon roof open and boom! Bird poop on the arm rest.
Pros
If you are considering buying a civic, and you live in an area with fairly good weather year round, then definitely spring extra for the moon-roof; it makes long drives particularly fun and one of the best "extras" I splurged for in the upgraded model. A huge pro with this car is that it holds up well to dings, so I've roughed up the exterior of the car quite a bit by misjudging distances between myself and the garage pillar or the curb, and the car wears it really well. Lastly for major pros, the breaks are solid on this car. I've had to slam on my breaks at times going a good 40mph, horn... (more)
Cons
The biggest cons to the vehicle that I've come across is that if you press the accelerator down to fast, the car almost stalls and doesn't accelerate/react right away, so merging onto a street from zero acceleration can be difficult and you need to make sure you leave plenty of room between you and the oncoming car. Also, the cloth seats will definitely show wear and tear when it comes to food and drink. Lastly, as it is a Sedan the trunk space isn't the best and the shape of the trunk is quite awkward, so things you thought would fit, just won't.

2008 Honda Civic - Great car for first-time buyer or young adults.

This car was honestly my first choice when it came to getting a new car. I had driven other sedans (Camry and Accord), and I wanted something a little smaller that would work for just me. This car has quite a few features that I would like to highlight. While this car is a 2008 and wasn't quite up to date technology-wise, I do like the fact that they decided to add the AUX cord for the radio option, while still giving you the CD-player option. The dashboard is very easy to see, and you can adjust the brightness to super bright to very dim. While my car was a manual transmission, having that small area above my gear shift was great to place my smaller items like my iPod for easy access to the charger/cigarette lighter. I do wish that the Civic EX would've had another 12V charging ... (more)
Story
I definitely enjoyed driving this car up to Laguna Beach to "Top of the World" which is up this gigantic hill. My car is manual transmission, so having to downshift to haul my car up the hill, was a great memory.
Pros
I do like that they had the AUX feature to be able to play a device on the radio. I also enjoyed the amount of space for storage (front console, middle console, glove box, trunk, etc.) that was available for me. I also took advantage of the fact that I mostly drove just myself to utilize the back seats and organized them as storage.
Cons
I do wish that they were able to add more technology into the car. For the fact that it was a 2008, I hoped that they would've been able to integrate things like Car Play or Bluetooth into the dashboard as to keep up with technology. I also do wish they gave more leg room to the backseat passengers.

No bs. Straight business with this fellow. Great dealer. But I found a similar car that my friend is selling. I bought it instead.

The location is convenient and the sales tax rate is less expensive in Orange County than in the county I live in. Furthermore, the sales representative was very reasonable and would respectfully deal with my bargaining. He gave me a good deal and helped me identify which features I would want.
