Solid, reliable, and long-lasting.
Overall, I love this car. I've owned it since 2010; and during that time, I've had only a few issues that required repairs out of my own pocket. There was one major issue with the car since I had it: It started leaking coolant out of the engine block. Fortunately for me, Honda issued a recall for 2008-2010 engine blocks, and my entire engine was repaired free of charge by Honda ($4,000 repair). It has 145K miles now and still runs very well. If there's one con I can think of, it's electrical issues. I had a fuse that runs the radio, keyless entry and automatic locks that keeps blowing, causing those components to not work. I had to have this repaired by the Honda dealership.

One of the most reliable cars ever made.
I can still remember the day I walked onto the concrete lot of the car dealership and saw this normal looking car reflecting the sunlight in a gray haze. It was the car the car that I jokingly remarked to my son about, saying "I want that one." The cars around it were flashier, but my Honda Civic EX has had the lowest repairs out of all of the cars that my family owns. I regret that I have had to repair the same things on the car repeatedly, but the cost of repair is minimal and I have only had to repair it 3 times in over 10 years. The car is does not have great handling, as it is a front wheel drive model. It would not win a race, but it handles good enough on the city streets. I have saved more gas with it than any of my friends have with their cars. The car was also less expensive than many of its competitors cars at the time of release. It does not have a high resale value, but I have no intention on selling it. This car saves more gas than most new model cars.

Although I didn't buy a car from this dealer, they were the most helpful. Their assistant walked me through the steps of actually buying a car, and told me little hints that I didn't know about. I would definitely come here again if I ever need to.

Salesperson was great. I was able to actually negotiate the price of the vehicle down $2500 from the asking price. They weren't pushy at all. They let me shop and when I needed assistance, they came to the help.
