The Honda CR-V is the compact SUV you buy when you refuse to buy a minivan and do not need the third-row seat of the Hyundai Santa Fe. It seats five like a passenger car but can fold down the back seats to store and transport many items. I've fit grills, chairs, and moved in this SUV. It is reliable, and in the three years of owning it, I have not had to do any major repairs. It is not as powerful as I would like (I moved from a V6 Toyota Camry to this), and my next vehicle will certainly have a V6. However, this is a fantastic CUV to buy and own. It also has plenty of room for bikes and all your outdoor activity needs. All in all, the CR-V is the perfect car for the suburban family that is looking for performance, practicality, and price.
