2018 Honda CR-V - Good rider support for long drives and fuel economy
I have driven 15,000 miles. Smooth ride, even over road imperfections, cargo space with easy loading, no issues on electronic components, including stereo and navigation system, excellent fuel economy. Overall it's a good value for money and given mileage. When I drive in smoky areas, my high beams automatically come on.
Pros
Comfortable front and rear seats. Smooth ride. Feel good interior. Cargo space with easy loading. Excellent fuel economy. Rear view camera.
Cons
Base engine not particularly energetic.
2012 Honda CR-V - All around goodness.
I absolutely love, love, love my car. It handles exceptionally well in the snow, and makes me feel more at ease when having to drive in bad weather to and from work. This is the first vehicle I own that I didn't feel afraid to drive in the Winter weather. I have also had it for almost 6 years, and *knock on wood*, nothing other than standard maintenance has been needed - not like past cars where it seemed like something was always going wrong. In addition, I take my dogs everywhere (and I do mean everywhere), and the seats are super easy to clean! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends who are looking for a car with decent gas mileage and just an overall good vehicle with low maintenance and upkeep.
Story
Driving around with my Golden Retriever's head sticking out the window - watching the people walking or driving by get a huge smile seeing his silly face.
Pros
The white color hides dirt very well and keeps my car looking fresh. The mud flap and door panel add on help prevent road dirt getting on my car, as well as preventing other car doors dinging into mine.
Cons
I have slight shaking when driving on the highway, and no one can seem to figure out why. Other than that the ride is still smooth.
