The Honda CR-V was a great choice for us once we had our son. We went from a Civic to a small SUV, and it was definitely an upgrade. Like all of our past Hondas, the CR-V gets good gas mileage and drives very smoothly. It has a refined and sophisticated exterior and interior comparable to a luxury vehicle. We were thrilled about the trunk space, and we continue to fill it to the brim nearly every time we use the car. The stereo system, A/C, and all the other standard features it comes with are all up to par. We sincerely enjoyed the CR-V for a full year. When our family began to grow, we soon realized it would not be the best vehicle for a family of four. The backseat feels a bit cramped to begin with, especially compared to a car like the Accord, but once you fill it with not one but two car seats, it is very uncomfortable. For a family of four, it really is not the best option. We still prefer the way it drives compared to our older vehicle, but when considering space, it is usually not our first choice. Still, it's reliable and functional, and we always feel safe when driving it.

I love my CR-V! Even though it is an older vehicle from '97, it has over 200,000 miles on it and is still in great shape! I've kept great care of it over the years and followed the manual's part replacement guidelines. As long as you keep up with normal maintenance, this vehicle will not let you down. I've used it for everything from getting back and forth from work to going on long distance vacations, like the 1,000 Islands! The back swings open and there's even a tailgate table that pops out; super convenient amount of space. The back seats pop down for a flat back. I've used it numerous times to help people move bigger furniture because a smaller car just doesn't cut it. This one came in a darker green and has a very sporty outdoors look. I also recommend Honda as a maker. Their parts are reliable and readily available at low prices compared to more expensive foreign cars. You can't go wrong!
