Best family vehicle
Loved how well the van was taken care of. The seats are in great condition. The leather is perfect for kids. I love being able to leave one of the captain seats down. I have space to climb in the car with my two kids, stand up, moved around and get them buckled into their car seats. The entertainment system is a blessing, and it can be played in the back only! Now I don't have to listen to the minions for hours! The van is a smooth ride and super comfortable. I love it

Loved at first but after several problems, I don't trust it.
I like that it drives nice and has plenty of room for a growing family. The trunk area in the back is large enough for all my family camping needs for a weekend. The A/C unit cools everyone down quickly during summer months. I don't like that we have had several engine problems with it over the years. The worst problem was that is accelerates without using the gas.

Don Wessel provides free oil for as long as you own your car. My Odyssey was a Honda Certified Used car. I came with a warranty that covered it bumper to bumper to 100,000 miles and there were never any arguments about it. Service is very speedy. They provide a ride to and from work if I need it. There is hardly ever a "come back", but if there is they make it right. No high pressure to buy something you don't want or need from the floor to they shop. I wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else. I've been buying and leasing cars there for over 20 years.

They have courteous sales and service people. They offered a fair price for the vehicle and a fair value for my vehicle on trade. They also have complimentary refreshments when the vehicle is in for service. They have good pricing for routine service. The vehicle has only needed routine service.
