Kenny Ross started oout as a good place to shop. They picked me up and took me to the showroom even though my old car was dead miles away. They had a few cars like what I wanted and a "swap" warranty that said if I was unhappy with what I picked at first I could trade it for another car no hassles. They tell lots of lies though. I had to pay another 1000 bucks for that other car even though it had been in a wreck and was repaired they did not disclose this to me either. I asked later for some money back and they laughed at me. They are scum do not shop at Kenny Ross!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. They want you to walk out of their dealership happy and be a return customer. If they treat all their customers as well as I was treated I'm sure they have plenty of repeat business. They also took great strides to make sure we obtained the best possible financing options.
