I love this vehicle! It was affordable but seems more luxurious than your run of the mill car. The seats are comfortable and the styling looks great. In fact, I have occasionally thought a higher priced car was mine when I was in a crowded parking lot! It is that close to some of the pricier brands. The best part is that it is completely reliable. All we have had to do is routine maintenance like oil changes and tires. There have been absolutely no mechanical issues with this car, and I really appreciate that reliability.

The 2008 Hyundai Sonata (specifically the 4-cylinder model) ended up being one of the best car purchases I've ever made. It is now 2016 and the car is still going strong with over 175,000 miles on it. I drive long distances constantly and I must say even after all these years the car still handles the road unbelievably well. Regular oil changes, tire, and brake checks have kept this car running in great condition. The car is literally a low maintenance car. For the most part the car has held up fine with the exception of a few issues. First, the glossy paint finish dried out and chipped off fairly early (within a year or two) of being in the hot and humid climate of the southern United States. In addition to the paint, the windshield must have had a defect because in the first year of owning the car the windshield cracked after having sat in the hot sun for a period of time. The crack has not prevented me from driving it or passing inspections but it was disappointing. Furthermore, the door handles WILL break off eventually. I've had all four of my door handles break. I've repaired two because I'm cheap, but after having two break I started to take notice of other Sonatas and found quite a few of those missing door handles as well. Overall though, I'm still happy with the car and you can't find a better one out there.
