The process of buying the car was very easy. However, looking back at my decision, I should have shopped around more because there were better deals around town. They were just very friendly and inviting so I did not feel the need to shop around, and I needed a car ASAP. The next issue I have is the repair cost, warranties, and service department are a pain to deal with. I spoke to the service manager numerous times about my GPS dashboard unit system not working properly and they replaced it two times with a "floating unit' which is actually a refurbished used unit. Third time around, after the replacements were worse off than the initial unit, they advised me I would have to wait to hear from corporate to have a special technician come and check out my system to diagnose the problem. I asked several times for a new unit and they repeatedly told me that was not in the warranty and they will only install with their floater units. If I wanted a new unit I would have to pay $1,200 for it. That is absolutely ridiculous considering it was a factory issue. I won't be returning to their service department and I would suggest Clarksville Antwerpen if you're willing to make a few more minutes drive for excellent service. They are much friendlier, helpful, and a bit smaller so appointment availability is more open and service is faster.
