Great Car
I love my Hyundai Tuscan. It is not my first SUV but it will be my last. I will never go back to the other brands. It is comfortable and looks sleek and expensive. The trunk is huge and if you put down the seats, you can fit quite a lot of things in there. I comfortably fit my 2 kids and my husband as well as a third person. The back seat is perfect for the car seats. I drive a lot and living in the Northeast, I'm always worried about snow and the winter months. This car has saved my life several times. The breaks don't lock out and as long as you aren't driving like a maniac, you will be safe in this vehicle. I haven't noticed too make blind spots and thankfully, I've never been in an accident. It drives very smoothly. You can be flying down the highway and you have so much control that you barely notice you are a little over the speed limit. It is fun to drive and has amazing pickup. Gas mileage is good for an SUV and the repair costs are expected and fair. My Hyundai Tuscan gets me where I need to go. I love it, and I'll never go back to another SUV brand again.

I thought Hyundai was better than this
I always heard that Hyundai was one of the most reliable brands, but in the short time I've had it, I've been to the dealer for so many issues that forever ruined the brand for me. I guess they have a good reputation because they have a long 10-year powertrain warranty, but having to use the warranty at all is not a good thing. Fortunately, I didn't have a powertrain issue, but I had issues with door locks not working, door handles failing entirely, thus sealing a door shut, a cracked windshield even from no impact at all, it was a manufacturing defect. A dangerous transmission programming problem that made a delay when trying to accelerate quickly from a stop, a turn signal that did not work. So much nonsense and so much time I had to spend going to the dealer to fix. This is time I probably would not have to spend if I didnÕt buy a Hyundai. I would strongly recommend against this brand for future car purchases if anyone would ask me for an opinion. Also, the build quality is a bit paltry. The door closes feel cheap. The steering wheel is a soft plastic.

The customer service. We had looked at the Hyundai dealership that was closer to us and their customer service was terrible - we were ignored and talked to like we were idiots before we even sat down with someone. We left immediately. As soon as we got out of our car at Burns Hyundai in Marlton we were greeted and treated amazing the entire time. The toughest part for us was we were trying to downsize the amount of vehicles we had, so we traded in my husband's Chevy truck and my Subaru Legacy in on one Hyundai Sonata. Since we were upside down a little bit between the two cars that is why the end price of the car was higher. But even trading in the two vehicles and getting into one car, they asked where we wanted to be in payments and they were able to get us below that number which was incredible. They even gave us free pizza they ordered! Best car buying experience ever :)

The customer service was above and beyond what I expect from a car dealership based on my past experience. I had begun to dread buying a new vehicle, but Lawrenceville Ford Lincoln made it seem so easy and took away the stress and confusion of purchasing. They worked with me on price and walked me through every bit of the process. They continue to call now and then to check in to make sure I am happy with my car, even going on a year later!
