Great starter SUV!
I love the Hyundai Tuscan. The 2013 version has everything except remote start. It has a very large navigation system that is pretty accurate. It is able to be updated. It has Bluetooth, Sirius/XM, sunroof, panoramic roof, and foldable back seat. Black leather interior which is easy to clear -- a good thing for anyone with dogs. The 4-cyl engine is very peppy on the highway, and it has an Eco button when you are cruising to save on gas. It's great in the snow with its AWS and optional low 4WD. It also has hill assist, so you aren't consistently on the brakes if you are going down mountains/hills.

Reliable, worth it
The vehicle is really worth it. When I first bought it I thought it may require a lot of maintenance. As long as you do the tire rotations and oil changes and do minor repairs it is worth the buy. The seats actually warm up if you want them to. The radio is linked to Sirius xm which provides me with commercial free music. The car also has power windows which is an upgrade from my previous car. The car is very fun to drive because it is a smooth ride even on unsmooth surfaces. There is also plenty of room for the driver, passenger, and in the back seat. There is also a great deal of trunk room. The seats also adjust to your liking. Another thing I really like is that it has cruise control which means when I am on the highway I can relax my feet. A few cons about the vehicle is that it is a little big and it does not easily fit into tight parking spots like smaller vehicles. I also have a few times where I cannot see my blind spots.
Other than those complaints, I really think the car is worth it.

The customer service. We had looked at the Hyundai dealership that was closer to us and their customer service was terrible - we were ignored and talked to like we were idiots before we even sat down with someone. We left immediately. As soon as we got out of our car at Burns Hyundai in Marlton we were greeted and treated amazing the entire time. The toughest part for us was we were trying to downsize the amount of vehicles we had, so we traded in my husband's Chevy truck and my Subaru Legacy in on one Hyundai Sonata. Since we were upside down a little bit between the two cars that is why the end price of the car was higher. But even trading in the two vehicles and getting into one car, they asked where we wanted to be in payments and they were able to get us below that number which was incredible. They even gave us free pizza they ordered! Best car buying experience ever :)

The customer service was above and beyond what I expect from a car dealership based on my past experience. I had begun to dread buying a new vehicle, but Lawrenceville Ford Lincoln made it seem so easy and took away the stress and confusion of purchasing. They worked with me on price and walked me through every bit of the process. They continue to call now and then to check in to make sure I am happy with my car, even going on a year later!

I do not think it was the best. It did have a lot of different cars and was willing to test drive as many as I wanted. it also did not mind I brought a friend who is a mechanic where most dealers get aggravated when you bring a person that knows about cars with you.
