Wasn't that great. Our "Dealer" had no idea about hard topped Jeeps when we asked him if the top was removable or not. One nice thing was he told us to ask for more money from our trade-in, but that was it.

They were very willing to work with me on any concerns I had mechanically with the vehicle. In addition to that, they were willing to let me test drive the vehicle as long as I wanted to do. I was able to get a great deal on the vehicle - $3500 out the door, which was over $500 less than what they were asking for, and less than the book price on it.
