The 2000 Jeep Cherokee Limited is a fantastic vehicle in many ways. The look of the body is sharp, a "boxy" look I prefer to the newer "rounded" Jeep models. The interior is much in the same vein--a flat dash with simple features and few gizmos. However, the interior space is enormous because of the simple dash and center console. The seats are comfortable, but the ride is not, thanks to classic SUV suspension, and the backseat can be quite cramped for those of us with longer legs. The fuel efficiency of the vehicle is less than impressive, especially when using the air-conditioner in the Alabama summer months--at one point my MPG was around 12 for in-city driving. Overall, the car is fun to drive, has many advantages being a sports utility vehicle, and will last for years to come.
