I've had the Jeep Cherokee for just over a year. It is very comfortable with lumbar and seat adjustments. I frequently drive 200+ miles for work, and it rides great on the open road. It also does well in inclement weather. The only thing I don't like about the vehicle is with the uConnect radio, you do not have an option to voice-to-text unless you pay the uConnect annual subscription.
Story
I don't have any fun stories with it yet. It has been a great vehicle to drive to and from work, as well as the long trips to my company's other offices.
Pros
I love the variety of options you can customize your vehicle with. I use the remote start, heated seats and heated steering wheel all the time! I love the dual climate controls as I am always colder than everyone else. I love the double-pane moon roof.
Cons
I don't like that you have to pay a $149 annual uConnect subscription to be able to send voice texts. I feel this should be a standard option with new vehicles. I chose the V4 model and do notice it's a bit sluggish.

The performance is miles ahead of my previous vehicle (2004 Chevy Cavalier). Spacious but not too big interior, unisex looking car (people tell me it's a woman's truck, but in my opinion, it looks like neither a male or female vehicle). Coming from an outdated car, some of the features are amazing, like a navigation system with cameras in the rear and a trunk that open/closes with a button. The simple fact I have four doors now instead of two. It rides smooth and the brakes aren't as jumpy as my last car, smooth ride overall.
Story
Only had the car for a year and some change. To this day the best moment for me is leaving the dealership. This is my first car that I got on my own, so it was a small moment where I felt a bit accomplished.
Pros
Enough space (seating and trunk). Modern console and sunroof (not a fan of A/C in the summer).
Cons
The trunk will pop open on its own (I'm assuming) and is hard to close when it does that (button stops functioning to close it). Also, the seats get really hot in the summer (air conditioning combats that).

Good pricing and close to home. We also liked the great customer service we had there. The staff was friendly and knew what they were talking about. We were negotiating for a bit, but overall I was happy with the price after we walked out. They had a good selection of jeeps to choose from, as well as used and or new.

The salesman that helped me is the main reason that makes this dealership so great. His name is Jay. He was super friendly, wasn't pushy at all and when it came time to talk about finances, he left my wife and I alone so we could discuss in private. He truly made my experience memorable.
