Used Jeep Grand Cherokee for Sale in Albany, GA

I purchased this vehicle from a family friend when I was 16. It has been reliable and a great bang for my buck. It has had minimal problems over the past 5 years. It has ample room for 5 people. People always comment on how comfy the seats are. I can fit all of my friends in the car. It doesn't go too fast, and it doesn't get great gas mileage, but that is expected for an old SUV like this. I don't drive it very far distances, but I would trust it on a cross-country road trip.

Story

Shifting it into 4WD when it snows. Only car in my family that can handle it.

Pros

It was a perfect car for me. We got a good deal on it from a friend. I easily installed a custom radio to fill my needs. I often golf, and it fits the all bag in the trunk easily. When I moved to college, It fit everything in easily. It has a good turning radius and minimal blind spots. It looks stylish and fits my personality from the exterior and interior.

Cons

The was a problem with the radiator once, which required a replacement. As with many old Jeeps, the back tail light frequently goes in and out. It hasn't been too much of a problem. The mileage is not that good. I get around 17 mpg, and I drive in a suburban area for the most part. Nothing else has come loose so far. I have 155k miles on it.

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Great & Spacious Car Although a Little Pricey for What it is Worth

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought used. I have always wanted one of these, although Jeeps are quite expensive. I love the look and the roundness of the vehicle, and there is so much room- especially for parents of children! I have always been a fan of Jeep, and they have a great name, but at the same time they can cost you as well. The model I have has a few wiring issues, like my taillight will not stay working, blinker does not work, etc. Jeeps are notorious for this issue though, so if you are planning on buying one, it is sort of expected.

Story

Jeeps are great vehicles for everlasting memories! You can go practically anywhere (if you have 4x4), you can open the hatch and tailgate, and they aren't too big and bulky to squeeze through tight places like many trucks! I believe my best memory is when it snowed, going out and riding around in it, when everyone else was stuck at home with no 4x4.

Pros

I love the fact that the Grand Cherokee has the indicator above the rear view mirror that gives all sorts of useful information (temperature, instant MPH, miles remaining until empty, etc). I seriously will never buy another car without that next time I buy one. It also has plenty of room, and 4x4 is definitely a must have I would suggest on any vehicle!

Cons

As I mentioned earlier, the wiring issues are a pain sometimes, especially when you had no idea your blinker, tail light, etc. was out. The gas mileage is not the best either. I probably get about 14mpg on average, but then again I rarely take the highway; I think it is about 17mpg on average.

2008 Jeep Commander - Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Morrow

The associates are very helpful and there is a good selection of Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler vehicles here. They also have a pretty large inventory of used cars. Me and my husband have purchased three vehicles there (and helped friends purchase from there as well) and we have always had a positive experience and left getting a great deal.
