My Jeep Grand Cherokee is technically my parents, but all of us kids have driven too -- it is the only vehicle I have ever driven. It is spacious and has always been the most dependable of our cars. It does have a few minor issues that have almost always been easy to fix. The rear view mirror has fallen off a couple of times, but it was secured easily each time. Truly, it was a minor fix. Another issue is that the air conditioning fails every once in a while, but it has been easy to get under control as well. Our Jeep has been in the family nearly twenty years now, and we all love it. It's like part of the family.
Story
When my son was born, he had to be in the NICU for the first few weeks of his life. The Jeep was the only transportation we could trust to get us to his hospital over an hour away and back nearly every day until we made the final drive to pick him up and bring him home.
Pros
I love how much trunk space our Jeep has. We buy a lot of groceries, but there is always enough room for everything in the trunk, even if the baby's stroller is in there. The interior has held up very well, with only minor cosmetic damage, and the exterior looks just as good as the day we bought it. The Jeep is a very durable vehicle and has enough room for the typical family of four to five. The vehicle has a great set of speakers, too. Perfect for when your favorite song just happens to come up on the radio.
Cons
As previously mentioned, the rearview mirror adhesive wore off about five years ago, and we have had to secure it back more than once. I cannot say for sure if it was our fault or not that the mirror came lose in the first place, but regardless, it has always been easy to repair. The air conditioning failing is another issue we have had repeated issues with over the years. We are in an area where the weather is comfortable most of the year, and when the time comes that it's not working, we ride with the windows down until it can be repaired. Another minor issue is that the leather on the d... (more)

The Jeep Grand Cherokee is a solid SUV, and has been a fun car to drive. It is rugged yet comfortable to drive, and can handle most situations. The car does not have the best towing capacity, and requires the 4WD whenever you experience any ice or snow for sure. The car has been a dependable and trustworthy SUV for going on 8 years. It does not have many bells and whistles, but drives good.
Story
We went to a Jeep meet-up. Never knew they existed, but you can go online and Jeep enthusiasts meet up and do tailgates, etc... It was sort of fun. Mostly the more rugged Jeep wranglers, but we had fun.
Pros
4WD which is necessary in even the slightest snow or ice, and in towing situations. It is a very solid car, and difficult to damage. We have owned the car for 8 years and 100,000 with no major repairs other than routine maintenance.
Cons
The car is slightly underpowered compared to other SUV's in its class. The SUV is also a bit smaller in capacity than similarly priced SUV's (for example Ford Explorer or Toyota 4Runner). Also, it struggles to tow a midsize boat, but my Dad's 4Runner pulls the same boat, no sweat. Lastly the gas mileage is disappointing seeing as it is not overly powerful. You are lucky to get 21 MPG highway, and more like 16 MPG in town.

It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. The people their were very friendly and helpful. I bought my car there a long time ago so I don't remember anybody's name. My mom came with me to make sure I didn't get taken advantage of. I really didn't need her though because it was very straight forward and there was no hidden anything.

They are a corporately owned dealership that sells used cars for their owners. All vehicles undergo a comprehensive inspection and are kept in great condition with all information relative to the purchase available. Also, the guys working there are nice,
