This dealership is great because they are catered to the customer. They make an effort to get to know exactly what the customer needs. Then they make sure the vehicle fulfills those needs. They are friendly and willing to negotiate. They don't just think about their bottom line.

The vehicle is of very good build quality. Since purchasing it, I have driven approximately 95,000 miles and it still drives like a much younger vehicle. The interior set up is the typical Chrysler family set up, with knobs for climate control and push button radio and clock controls. It includes a U-Connect system that allows you to use your cellphone via Bluetooth, but this is only included on certain models, so it is not a true "hands free" cellular usage environment. U-connect is not a pay service like satellite radio, so if your vehicle is not equipped with it, you cannot pay and have it turned on, you'd have to go to a dealer to potentially have it installed. The vehicle is a 4x4 with automatic shifting -- you don't have to choose if you want to be in Hi or Lo, which allows you t... (more)
Story
In my area there are a lot of deer. One night coming around a curve on a mountain pass, I hit one. I was afraid that I'd done serious damage to both the deer and myself. Luckily none of us were hurt. What could have been a very scary situation turned into something great. Without my realizing it, the Jeep had gone into 4x4 and was able to grip the road better so I didn't go skidding into the d... Pros
I love the automatic 4 wheel drive in this vehicle. I also love that within the instrument panel, there is an information system that gives you data on what's going on with the vehicle. You can see how long the battery has been in that vehicle, if the TPMS is reporting low tire pressure, etc. The default is to show the compass and outside temperature. Another helpful feature is the automatic seat adjustment on the driver's seat; helpful if multiple people drive the vehicle.
Cons
The only real negatives are the tires. The Grand Cherokee Laredo comes with metal valve stems that communicate with the TPMS. Over time, those do crack as they are not flexible. When they begin to crack/corrode, you will see a warning that tire pressure is low when it might not actually be the case. You also run the risk of having the valve stem fall into the tire, which happened to me at highway speeds. Luckily no one was hurt and the highway was empty at the time. I had the metal valve stems replaced with rubber, and it's been smooth sailing since then.

The first time I drove a Jeep was during the test drive. I had previously only driven my father's SUV and I was always swerving over the lines and unsteady. However, in the Grand Cherokee this was not an issue at all. The leather seats enveloped me as I drove down the road. I felt completely comfortable with all of the gears and all of the technology items in the car's front area.
Story
I drove up to Boston and had all of my friends from college in the car with me. We had a great time seeing the old sights.
Pros
The car lasted really well in bad weather. With snow and heavy rain, it was as if I was driving in a cloud or a bubble of protection. The tires never swerved and I was able to see out the window with the wipers going. In other cars, this was not even an option. I felt invincible on the road and I felt as though I was higher than all of the other drivers. The view from up high is amazing and it gives a sense of power and prestige to you as you drive.
Cons
The only cons that I have for driving this car is that its gas mileage is not ideal. For longer trips, I would notice how annoying it was to see the gauge drop down as I lost gas to the road. With the cost of gas what it is now, it is very frustrating to have this happen. However, similar cars have even worse gas mileages so you just have to accept this as the price you pay.
