I think the overall look of the 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee is stylish. The interior is also very stylish with leather seats and gray tones. There is faux wood trim throughout which gives the interior a classy look. The seats are very comfortable and there is plenty of room in the both the front and back seats. The 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee also comes with a moon roof (sun roof with window panel) which is a great feature to the vehicle. The trunk has plenty of room also but the spare tire is stored back there which takes up some of the available room in the trunk. Future models of the Jeep Grand Cherokee have moved the spare tire under the vehicle freeing up some trunk space. The overall quality of the 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee is excellent. I have had very few maintenance issues with the vehicle since purchased. The gas mileage is not excellent being that it is a SUV. But the overall performance of the vehicle is great. It’s fun to drive, it’s actually quite quick for an SUV and the breaking and handling is great. I feel safe driving this vehicle with both driver and passenger air bags and would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.
